Digital Marketing and Content Lead

About the role

Pearl Hospital is hiring a creative, results-driven marketer to lead its digital marketing and content. You'll own the hospital's online presence, from the website and social media to campaigns and reporting. You'll also work closely with clinicians to produce accurate, engaging health content.

What you'll do

• Build and carry out the hospital's digital marketing and content plans.
• Run the website, Google Business Profile and social media accounts.
• Produce high-quality written, photo and video content.
• Plan, launch and manage digital campaigns.
• Work with doctors and department teams to develop content.
• Track campaign results and write reports with clear recommendations.
• Respond to online engagement while protecting patient confidentiality and keeping professional standards.

What you need

• A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Digital Media or a related field.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience.
• Strong writing, photography, videography and video-editing skills.
• Hands-on knowledge of social media management, SEO, website content, digital advertising and analytics.
• The ability to work independently and deliver measurable results.
• Willingness to work on-site in Nyahururu.
• Added advantage: marketing experience in healthcare or professional services.
