As part of this ecosystem, Tiko works with Community-Based Organisations (CBOs) to manage a network of mobilisers, also known as Tiko Pros, who engage with youth in their communities, inform them about Tiko, enrol them to the Tiko platform, refer them for sexual and reproductive (SRH) and HIV-related services at participating public and private clinics and pharmacies. Mobilisers are also expected to follow up with adolescents to gauge their experience, offer support and encourage them to return for services, if required, to ensure consistent positive healthy behaviour.
